Return Checklist –

Please be sure your product return meets the following criteria:

Your product is in new condition.

You have all original packaging.

 

Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund. Shipping and handling returned freight is customer responsibility. 


e-MAIL  eCaseWarehouse  to obtain your Return Authorization Number. We will respond to your request within 24 hours and issue you a RA# and shipping address for your return.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking so you can check the status of your return. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. 

All returns must be arranged with us within 15 days after delivery and assigned RA# (Return Authorization Number).  

However, sales of closeout items are final and cannot be returned. If the case is returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, we must charge a 15% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee).

Packages without an assigned RA# will be refused.    

Please allow up to 15 business days after it's received to inspect your return and process your refund. You will receive an email notification with a copy of your credit transaction.


Cancellations: Cancel or change an order by emailing us immediately, once the product has shipped it will be considered as a return. Credit Card  cancellations orders incur Credit Card fees and will be deducted from the refund. Orders cancelled after they are shipped will be treated as a return. Shipping and all associated costs will be deducted from refund.

Any order refused at delivery will be treated as a return. Shipping and all associated costs including manufacturer's restocking fees will be deducted from refund.

Return shipments that do not meet the above criteria or that have been shipped without the required return policies will be refused and returned, with no credit issued to your account.
